Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges Policy

At ClassyPik.com, we offer a flexible and hassle-free Return & Exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction with your purchases. To be eligible for returns or exchanges, please adhere to the following guidelines:

- The product must be in its original and unused condition.
- A request for return or exchange must be raised within 6 days of delivery.
- Returns or exchanges are accepted in cases of quality, size, color, or design mismatch, or if an item is missing or incorrect in a combo order.
- When initiating the request, you may need to provide a brief description of the issue, answering a few questions to help us understand the scenario.
- In cases where the seller accidentally sends a package with a missing, counterfeit, torn, broken, or expired item, an Exchange/Return request must be initiated within 24 hours of order delivery; otherwise, the claim will not be entertained.

**Important Notes:**
- For products with free shipping, a 100% refund will be provided.
- Shipping charges may not be refundable for certain items where shipping costs are indicated.
- Refunds will be processed via NEFT/UPI (account transfer) only; cash refunds are not available.

**Step By Step Process:**

1. Go to My Orders and enter your registered mobile number, then click GO.
2. Click Track/Manage for the relevant order and scroll down to find the REQUEST EXCHANGE/RETURN button.
3. Click the button and follow the on-screen instructions to initiate the Exchange/Return.

**Additional Information:**

- After submitting your Exchange/Return request, please allow 24 hours for processing (no need to submit the same information repeatedly within 24 hours).
- If your request is approved, an AWB number will be assigned, and the courier pickup will be scheduled within 3-4 working days.
- Once the pickup is completed, the refund amount will be transferred to your account within 48 hours.
- Remember to take the return receipt from the pickup boy.
- Initiate your request within 6 days of receiving your parcel.
- Clear pictures of the product and a valid reason for exchange/return are necessary for approval.
- If your request is canceled, you can re-initiate it within 3 days, ensuring the provided information is corrected and updated with new pictures.
- Refunds will be processed electronically within 2-3 working days after successful product pickup.
- Shipping amounts, if applicable, are non-refundable.
- If your account is not credited within 3 days of pickup, you can escalate the issue by sharing the return receipt snapshot via WhatsApp at +91-8481066499.

**Exceptions:**
- Most items are returnable within the stipulated return window, unless explicitly marked as not returnable.
- Products labeled 'No Return' on the product description page are not eligible for return or exchange.
